- Plenty of internal opportunities for growth/advancement - Good work/life balance - Tele-commute options depending on which department you're in

Cons

- Uncertainty as to which jobs will be available due to merger/acquisition by Aetna - Medical insurance isn't the best

Fast paced company. Advancement opportunities are offered to thise who show the initiative and work ethic, not just a carrot at the end of a stick like most employers in this industry

Cons

Complacency is common. Working with other whom dont appear to have the qualifications for their responsibilities is common. Having to deal with these people is a day to day struggle.
