Worked remotely. Negotiated Pay was ok at the time but others with similar qualifications were paid more to do the same exact job.

Cons

The job felt pointless and I didn’t actually enjoy calling members everyday to bug them with health education. Many didn’t answer or hung up and as a result meeting daily productivity requirements made it a little nerve wrecking sometimes. Frequent changes to managers and teams. High turnover rates.
