      bonus structure for all, PTO amazing, 401k matching, heavy push for health and wellness. Remote working encouraged and accepted - thanks COVID.

      Cons

      health plans are horrible merit increases only occurring 1x a year Need to be in LVL if you want any upper management Tuition reimbursement is so so
