      Pros

      No problem with 100% remote, culture of caring about employees, insistence you take your PTO, recognition for hard work. Flexibility. You can make your own position if you see something that needs to be done.

      Cons

      Associate Incentive plan and raise low this year. Some struggle in the market lately. Pay is somewhat lower than market.
