      Pros

      Opportunities to delovelop the career plan in telecom areas. Work in multicultural environment. Good bonus if employed have good performance. Good incentives according project result. Assurance, ticket restaurant and help for transportation.

      Cons

      Manager rotation each three years. Total mistrust over local employee. Very inefficient internal processes. High pressure over the employed. Advance of expenses by the employee. Problem for conciliation between personal and family life, for example vacations.

      It is a chinese company controlled by chinese people. Few people are promoted and European people use to be only a customer interface.
