      Pros

      Employees can learn a lot and fast by managing big complex projects. Many opportunities to travel around the world. Colleagues are very smart and hardworking!

      Cons

      Industry is not attractive any more. Military corporate culture. Chinese employees are expected to work longer hours in return of career growth. No chance for local employees to go up the career ladder. Communications of important issues are in Chinese language. Poor documents for new solutions. Internal communication is very complicated so it's hard to find decision maker.

      Pros

      Strong technical background with great financial support for new products. Great compensation for the extra efforts given and great culture of sharing benefits. Always helps to push you to your limits and go beyond them.

      Cons

      Very strict and not flexible about business processes. Very top down management style that doesnt work for all employee types. Communication style isnt always very transparent.
