Pros
It has the best environment for learning core systems development and hands on experience. I got oppurtinities to travel a lot as a S.E. and good place to work overall. will get chance to work on real time systems, bla bla bla The team in which you are put in matters a lot, you will enjoy or will get screwed.
Cons
Need to hogg sometime, does not recognize the hard work done with titles. but pay is good. will have less personal life. need to work atleast 9pm to 9pm every day huuuh hate that.. too much restrictions on print quota
