Business Outlook
Pros
The company is new to the U.S. market. There is a learning curve, as well as having to create a new business from the ground up. It's very much like a start-up even though the company is very large globally. I personally like it and find that there are many opportunities. However, if you like a job that is very structured with 9=5 hours, this isn't the place for you.
Cons
There are many Chinese at the office that come over from headquarters. Sometimes the communication barrier can be a little tough but overall it's not bad.
