Howden reviews

I worked at Howden for just under three years, the office environment is beautiful - it stops there. Managers are protected by the senior management, and so bullying, mismanagement and inappropriate comments are 'allowed'. The higher management are very unapproachable; indeed when the CEO walks around, you get the feeling you shouldn't look at him - that's not culture, that's elitism. Howden has grown too big too quickly, so you're just a number, not a person.

The other negative reviews are true! It was the most toxic environment to work in and the managers are bullies. I would give this company zero stars. Managers actively seek to criticise you, blame you for errors committed by others and are generally very malicious. The benefits are also not as good as other similar companies, and salary was not the best. Don't bother considering this company and heed the negative reviews which are accurate.
