None - Cronyism, blame, bullying, and negativity is rife within everyday working environment.
Cons
Avoid if you have any sense. Management are arrogant, egotistic and self centred narcisst liars, and internal troublemakers who have no issue in backstabbing colleagues to climb the company career ladder. Happy to turn a blind eye to favoured friends and colleague mistakes, and avoid client complaints of poor service, they berate business individuals in office personally in office to avoid any level of responsibility and professional support.
