Aggressive approach to integrate newly acquired businesses and too many initiatives at the same time. A significant number of the staff are disengaged.

Company bonus, short shift on Fridays and good teammates .

Cons

No room for professional advancement. No formal training. Very disorganized management team. They set high goals in terms of revenue with very little support = failure!
