Pros

Seen promotions although apparently you need to be there for more than 5 years. Base salary I got in was slightly above.

Cons

No salary increase in 2 years and end of year bonus too low despite the amount of work increasing. If there is a crisis no matter how small the big heads will always play catch to pass the responsability to someone else. If you are not part of a clique some people will not treat you with the expected assertiveness. Despite how often you are expected to learn something new the confluence documentation is often deprecated and or non existant and then you are the one who has to update it no matter how much work you you already have. Work assignments priorities can suddenly shift, Wednesdays specially. CEO talks openly about how he enjoys all of his days making Croissants for his wife during work hours.
