This company operates on a relentless cycle of overworking employees and periodic mass layoffs. It doesn’t matter how skilled or dedicated you are—burnout is inevitable because leadership prioritizes squeezing every ounce of productivity over long-term employee well-being. Layoffs happen frequently, at least annually in smaller waves, but the real bloodbaths occur every 5-8 years when the company tries to sell itself. These massive cuts leave remaining employees overburdened, only for the process to repeat. Despite branding itself as a tech-driven company, the reality is far from innovative. Rather than leading the industry, they are constantly playing catch-up, scrambling to adopt existing technologies rather than driving new advancements. If you’re looking for job stability, career growth, or a company that values its employees, look elsewhere.
