Pros

Autonomy, good management, no Bureaucracy, staff price for personal bookings, number one company in hotel wholesalers and very dynamic company

Cons

Too many priorities, not too organised, lot of processes, lot of department to deal with.

day shift, Friday midday starts your weekend

Cons

Bullying.Negative feedback if you leave them. Nepothism. Acceptance to abusive and agressive bosses. Quantity over quality. Very tense work ambience. Supervisors who overcontroll entry-levels. Apart of your lunch break you have 15 minutes to go to bathroom during the day!! and you have to chek in and check out for it so they can know if you do not exceed them!
