Pros

Company bonus, short shift on Fridays and good teammates .

Cons

No room for professional advancement. No formal training. Very disorganized management team. They set high goals in terms of revenue with very little support = failure!

Pros

People are generally great. Coping with massive corporate change and management indecision.

Cons

Aiming to be the number one in the industry without having a defined plan of action to get there. Any plan which is in place is not supported by adequate direction. Decisions made slowly and often changed once hard work has been done to achieve the original targets. Confusing for employees.
