Lack of meritocracy and integrity

Pros

innovative and challenging at the beginning and professional till TUI sold the company.

Cons

Opportunity only to close friends and Spaniards. Obsolete culture. Frequent changes in order to cover management’s failure. High management keeps its position for almost 20 years. Too Much! No role from HR department. They are just a tool in the hand of High Management and do not have a say.

Good working shift Mon to Fri - No working on Public Holidays

Management cares only what they want to care for, always looking at what they expect (not reality). Not listen to what employees raise up, very bossy. Environment in a workplace has changed a lot after the company united with Hotelbeds. Changes appears too much than it used to.
