Poor management, too much changes in the company, not really a leadership management (too bossy) - Operations Hotelbeds Employee Review

Management cares only what they want to care for, always looking at what they expect (not reality). Not listen to what employees raise up, very bossy. Environment in a workplace has changed a lot after the company united with Hotelbeds. Changes appears too much than it used to.
