      Good Work/Life balance. Competitive pay Overall a good working environment

      The company direction is a bit tricky as they started as a reseller but then moved into product development. Now they straddle both worlds.

      Remote work and good benefits. There are more cons than pros.

      1. No proper onboarding from your own team. Gave reason of busy, KT only some of the tasks assigned. Expects to perform all tasks 2. If you make any mistake, even a simplest one. It will be noted down from management and ultimately being used to affect the performance appraisal. Which means, this leads to no chance of room for improvement, only punishment. 3. No accountability from management. They ask if we needed support, and when we do voice out, it results in us being required to "buck-up" instead. Ball is back in our court? Ultimately, you are stuck in this 3 points cycle until you meet their 100% score.....on your own.
