some good benefits, and "unlimited" PTO - just don't try to really use it

Cons

- MASSIVE Lay-offs. Some people get a nice severance package, some people do not get anything. Not consistent or ethical. - No Diversity - Business Units not integrated - the storage/infrastructure side & software/digital solutions side do not collaborate well, making it difficult to serve our clients. - No internal career development or advancement opportunities.

Very little, this company has been "transforming" for 6+ years. Was once reputable.

Cons

Wow, where to start... if your in Australia, run away... No payrises to keep up with inflation, Employees fired in never ending re-structures, while management are constantly recruited. 5-1 manager to staff ratio, therefor constant micro managing/fighting for workers Appalling sales ethics, Toxic environment. No chance for promotion unless you're part of the boys club.
