None that I can think of! The only problem I've had so far is the fact that our hotel is going under renovations and not all of the guests are happy with that (which is completely understandable).

- Terrible salaries, even for those in management. - Expensive healthcare and benefits for those not in unions - No holiday pay, have to work on holidays unless you use your personal PTO for it. Same for sick days. Only 21 days a year for first 4 or 5 years there. Considering there are at least 8-10 federal holidays that most office employees in any company gets, you only have about 11 days left for any vacation or sick days every year. - Very stiff, dull culture without any effort by the company to increase employee satisfaction, don't expect any employee perks or bonding here! - Didn't provide a suitable office for their office workers, instead we were pushed into every unsellable, dark corner of the hotel.
