      Pros

      Not too difficult, and people are nice for the most part. Get to make fun interactions with guests and develop relationships.

      Cons

      Standing all day is down right painful. Can get very boring doing nothing, which makes for long work days.

      THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR TECHNOLOGY. ESPECIALLY WITH WFH EMPLOYEES.

      A long-time employee's view

      Pros

      Mostly great people Travel benefits Lots of vacation time

      Cons

      -The "culture" is outwardly great and fun, but inwardly phony, phony, phony....the longer you stay there, the harder it is to swallow. - It was sickening to me how much the company sucks up to the interns and fetes them like celebrities. They are treated far better than the rest of the employees are. Ugh. And they're so young and naive, they just eat it all up and walk around with starry eyes. So just beware if you intern there, that it will not always be like that. It's an act. You'll really miss that VIP treatment once you become a real employee.
