      I worked in Hilton Worldwide's Addison, TX corporate office and found it a great company to work.

      Pros

      Open lines of communication with all levels of management. Good benefits comparable to other companies. Ability to work from home in some cases. New(er) office in easy to access location with covered parking in parking deck.

      Cons

      Pay was not they best. If you live in Dallas and drive the tollway to work the cost can get expensive. The alternative roads add a considerable amount of driving time from Uptown to Addison.

      Pros

      Vacation policy. Great hotel discounts. A lot of $ is invested in online learning programs. Good 401K.

      Cons

      Leadership. Portfolio size. Poor leadership training. Poor future job opportunities unless you are willing to move to D.C or Memphis. Initiatives move at a snail's pace due to poor leadership at the very top that fails to trust their managers.This blocks improvements from being accomplished.
