Good hotels, fair management, worldwide locations, growth opportunities, provide challenge at work, nice community, good reputation, employee can stay at Hilton hotels worldwide for as low as $25.

Cons

Salary is not the best in the hospitality industry, company is big and growing to top level position is very competitive, some hotels are too old, Hilton brand is tired in the US.

Good benefits, liberal leave policy, flexible and accommodating to time off requirements

Cons

Communication is not the best, hardest workers are not necessarily recognized, instead people who make the most noise about their work get the recognition

Pros

Staff can mingle, there is a good atmosphere amongst employee. Team work is very obvious between department. Management, well my department manager pays attention to staff and their needs Staff are retreats are organised every 2nd month, which is really important to get employer and staff to get to know each other

Cons

Pay by performance and award intitve. Poor salary for long standing house. No adequate training for non english speaking staff. require better recruitment procedures
