Pros

Strong brands and a lot of cohesion throughout the company. There is a lot of pride in the name and the hotels are very nice.

Cons

This compnay seems to have lost focus after they were bought by Blackstone. The layoffs and service cuts are distressing. Staff is not supportive. The brands linger with a lot of technology and no knowledge of how to use it.

Pros

You work from home, you get free hotel stays at selected Hilton brand hotels, and the honors program is easy to defend...its free.

Cons

Rude customers 75% of the time. Too much responsiblity for little pay.

Pros

It was the spot light within the Hilton company. The hotel was only opened little over one year ago. Very beautiful in design.

Cons

Lack of respect for its team members and lack of leadership development from the senior management. The lack of participation from the sernior management to the operation leading the management to make decisions that are not practical.
