The brand name is powerful and attracts clients.

Cons

Staff is over worked, understaffed. We are asked month after month to do more with less, but still achieve excellance in all areas. The company sold itself to a wall st. hedge fund and now it's all about giving them a bigger bottom line.

Staff can mingle, there is a good atmosphere amongst employee. Team work is very obvious between department. Management, well my department manager pays attention to staff and their needs Staff are retreats are organised every 2nd month, which is really important to get employer and staff to get to know each other

Cons

Pay by performance and award intitve. Poor salary for long standing house. No adequate training for non english speaking staff. require better recruitment procedures

Great location , good reputation, many dedicated staff members

Cons

General manager micro manages every detail of the operation. No one is allowed to think for themselves. Treats all staff like they are school children and he is the head master, very disrespectful . Plays political games with corporate office that can destroy your career with the company.
