      Good benefits, liberal leave policy, flexible and accommodating to time off requirements

      Cons

      Communication is not the best, hardest workers are not necessarily recognized, instead people who make the most noise about their work get the recognition

      The best thing about working for Hilton is the employee discount. The employee discount allows employees to stay at other Hilton Brands at a discounted rate.

      Cons

      The Hilton Dedham is a franchise hotel owned by The Procaccianti Group. No money is investing in hotel. Management do not cultivate employees, no room for growth

      Benefits package is good. Management are good but only have their own job in mind rather than the team as a whole.

      Cons

      The company is keen on reducing costs but only in some areas while wasting costs in other areas of the hotel.
