Pros

Very well-respected company in an exciting industry, fun culture. There are several team member events each year, with many events including family members. It's a global company, so the focus extends into other regions and cultures. The company also has several corporate responsibility and diversity initiatives.

Cons

Although the company does promote from within, it's up to the employee to chase down their own opportunities. The pay in some departments of the company is only minimally competitive.
