I used to think that having Hilton on my resume would be a good thing... Now I know the truth... we will always be a stale, stodgy, old company. Even with the new, younger blood...they company is still being run by a bunch of dudes who are completely out of touch with what consumers really want.

Cons

Everything. From professional advancement, to not having one single person to admire or look up to. I learned how to be a great leader by NOT following what my managers do.

Located near my home town, pleasant people to work with, the type of work I do is located here.

Cons

The transformation changes are troublesome as far as the communication of the changes. Beverly Hills is closing, possibly more jobs in Memphis, but rumors of out-sourcing are going around.

You get to stay at Hilton hotels for a discount....sometimes, unless it's a Holiday or in a city where people like to go on vacation. If you work in a hotel, you get to eat in the cafeteria. Mmmmm....chicken and rice.

Cons

Low pay. Long hours. Little chance for advancement. Poor communication from corporate.
