Pros

It was the spot light within the Hilton company. The hotel was only opened little over one year ago. Very beautiful in design.

Cons

Lack of respect for its team members and lack of leadership development from the senior management. The lack of participation from the sernior management to the operation leading the management to make decisions that are not practical.

Change in culture, leadership team has extensive turnover, office move has caused new team members that do not have experience in industry.

Pros

- Good to have in resume if you are in the Hospitality Industry - Good trainings - Good compensation

Cons

- Top Management is not passionate about making the guest happy. They just want to deliver service in a way that guest won't complain. In other words they are just giving the service. - Some managers are friendly but some don't have respect for others.
