Pros

its world wide you get opportunities any where in the world. benefits are great but they all depend on the franchise owner.

Cons

low wages and varied work schedule and hours. even pay raises are very low. You expect to spend 1.5 yrs to get $1.00 raise.

Pros

Great brand and hotel chain. Team member travel program is a huge plus.

Cons

Long hours for corporate employees because of harsh staffing cutbacks. The concept of work life balance is completely unheard of. No apparent sick time policy as managers do not discourage employees from coming into the office with a cold, stomach bug, or flu. Office politics and bullying are among the worst I've seen.
