Working at the spa on property was a lovely job. The environment was serene, interdepartmental interactions were always very pleasant, and my specific department head is the best boss I've ever had.

Cons

Our service providers were not employees, but contractors, and being able to offer guests an immediate service was unlikely unless a service provider happened to already be on the property. The wait could be anywhere from 30-90 minutes sometimes, if we could get in contact with a service provider at all, and some guests were extremely dismayed by this, and not shy about their disappointment. Most of our providers were extremely conscientious about their availability though.
