Some of the managers and co-workers are really great to work with because of the knowledge they have in this industry.

Cons

Some employees don't care because the hotel need work and they keep getting No's on ideas to help the hotel.

Hilton Worldwide has lots of property's across the world. Lots of opportunity for growth. Great leaders. Pay is reasonable for work required. Very good employee involvement and empowerment. Company has great benefits/perks such as tuition reimbursement, travel discounts for the employee as well as family and friends, and employee cafeteria with free food.

Cons

Some front office managers could use improvement on manager to employee communication skills.
