Free lunches. Food is awesome. Management and staff is overly all fairly friendly. Quick possibilities to move up in the company (we are talking months). Diverse hiring (you meet employees from all over). Beautiful hotel to work at.

Cons

System is very complicated and be prepared to learn it yourself. Training is lacking. You cannot learn this system by looking over another colleagues shoulders. 3-4 Rotating working shifts. You are tired and your life & work balance is non existent ( this was my breaking point). If you are a female, standing in high heels for 8 hrs causes great pain. It is awful.
