Thank you for your review and, as a business that is always looking to become better and create a great place to work, we very much value constructive feedback. It’s great to read that you see so many positives but we recognise there are some concerns here. As you will know, we are very proud of our culture and values and it’s why many colleagues join us and stay with us. And we’re also taking a number of steps to better recognize and reward colleagues too, and retain the talented people we have in place, via our structured internal development process. As you’ll know, we have a number of employee resource groups covering Gender, Mental Health, LGBTQ+, Race and Disability topics to ensure we’re hearing voices from across our colleague community and that we’re creating a great place to work for everyone and we score well on inclusion metrics in our annual employee opinion surveys. However, on the odd occasion where this does not match a colleague’s experience, it is disappointing and we always look to listen and learn, and act where we can.
