      Working in sales dept made you frustrated

      Pros

      Good pay and incentives if you manage to hit the target

      Cons

      Stressful sales role as it is not easy to hit the sales target due to market condition and weak strategy from management yet they will come after you with micromanage and PIP with the bad perception on sales team for being incompetent. Feedback given to management but taken lightly and failed to come up with constructive feedback and laughed over. HRBP asked for opinion and feedback but never wanted to understand our need instead sabotage our feedback to management with names.

      Pros

      International company Diversity from different background and culture. Good place to work for women if your title is not Account Manager

      Cons

      Too many turnover. Hires bunch of Account Managers every year and get all work done by them and then loses them away in a year. If you are not going to work in an office job as a woman, there are bunch of better opps outside. Too much stress and pressure on Account Managers with a very limited bonus structure.

      The culture is great. People are very helpful and productive; with a can-do attitude and where everyone is responsible about their tasks. Great opportunities to grow and develop with the support of your team leaders. The sky is the limit.

      A lot of benefits, but package could be better
