      Pros

      I can't think of any besides free laundry detergent and a convenient office location.

      Cons

      Zero leadership, long hours, crappy benefits, tons of politics, no customer focus, only worried about making a number.

      Competitive and bent on catching up with L'Oreal. Efficient and process-oriented, but creativity hampered by hierarchy.

      Pros

      Very efficient, process-oriented and quick-to-market. One will learn a lot about project management. There is a focus on innovation and trends. There is hunger and passion to be #1.

      Cons

      This is a perspective based on working in the global office. It is very political and hierarchal. It has a "Devil Wears Prada" environment and sometimes you wonder who you can trust. It is management based on fear. Employee feedback is very subjective, with comments sometimes going like, "Don't be so [insert nationality here]." Consumer needs is not the focus, but rather what management thinks will work or not.

      Pros

      Travel to Europe and exposure to other cultures. Very big on diversity in the workplace. Salary is great.

      Cons

      Little or no career development outside of Germany. Does not promote internal development or promotions.
