Pros

great company culture. people are very kind and helpful. they don't kick you down when you make a mistake but help you improve. 9.30-5.30 working hours. leicester square central london office.

Cons

pay is less than industry standard. no cafeteria or food options such a breakfast or snacks provided which could offset the cost of living in london. tech is quite outdates or refurbed laptops are still dodgy.

Pros

Good people to work with.

Cons

They are way behind in compensation to employees, especially part-time and temporary workers, compared to other companies in the publishing field. And when an increase is requested after more than 5 years at the same rate, it's denied with a qualifier that it's not their policy.
