Pros

Good benefits, and a diverse and relaxed culture. I enjoy working with my immediate team, and have stayed mostly due to them.

Cons

Hearst is a very org-chart intensive company, with multiple divisions all siloed off from one another up to the board. The silos exist in all areas of Hearst, and innovation is often stifled by staying in your silo, and not making waves.

Pros

It's a nice office space, but in the middle of tourist season it can be quite overwhelming

Cons

Very cliquey environment, bad management and poor career progression. Salaries are low for the amount of workload needed. There have also been quite a few redundancies in the past years.

Pros

The working time is slightly flexible and hybrid! Everyone in the team is very welcoming and nice!

Cons

The scope of the job is quite similar day-today, but it makes it easy to adapt into the working environment!
