Pros

I was an art intern at Hearst last Spring semester and everyone was super helpful and nice. I learned a lot when I worked there and it set me on the career path towards publishing. The building is beautiful and all the facilities are modern and up-to-date.

Cons

Some grunt work but that's to be expected.

Pros

It was very hands on and the extra bonuses were always a plus while working there. You also learn a lot.

Cons

There were really no cons. It might get a little bit slow in there some days so there might not be anything to do.

Pros

The fashion assistant, market director, and even fashion director were extremely kind and open to working closely with interns. This definitely helped later in life.

Cons

Because of the vast number of interns, there was often little to do at the beginning of the summer. By August, many interns had quit and responsibility increased.
