I worked at the news papers 9 years before they bought them, loved working there. Hearst ruined the place.

Pros

If you have no other job and do not want to be bothered by any one , mangers , co-workers.Keep your performance up and no one talks to you.I don't know if that is a pro but you have to grasp at straws with this place.

Cons

No salary increases.Over priced health insurance.No positive recognition for a job well done.Many of the employees are under the constant though that they will be let go soon.

Fellow staff members are fun to work with and hard workers for the most part.

Cons

Poor communication from immediate management. Only worry about the bottom line (their bonuses?) without much concern for the employees.
