Sometimes new employees are not vetted very well, and end up not being as good as thier resume says. This results in the good employees having to pick up the slack.

1- Declining print magazine division 2- Century old school style corporate governance 3- Layers and layers of incompetent management, especially the digital media group 4- Lack of core leadership from top executives to group managers 5- The mobile and digital development team is a total joke 6- No company culture 7- More politics than the U.S. Congress 8- Finger pointing is the solution for managers in order to divert their own failures 9- Working environment feel more like a wall street bank than a media company 10- No career advancement.
