      Pros

      The benefits provided by the Hearst Corp. are great. The health care options are good. Vacation, sick days, and personal days are great too.

      Cons

      Sometimes new employees are not vetted very well, and end up not being as good as thier resume says. This results in the good employees having to pick up the slack.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
