Pros

Charlotte is the Hub for all of the Hearst stations' traffic departments. The best part was being surrounded by like minded people who only handled traffic. It was also wonderful to work with all of the stations in various states. Hearst Corporate management were very approachable and down to earth.

Cons

Poor training, people being hired with no experience, disconnect between the Hub and the stations, incompetent people being promoted into Assistant Manager positions resulting in a toxic work environment.

Pros

Exposure to a lot of different markets, due to the wide range of partnerships they had internationally.

Cons

Upper management does not realize how much work goes into garnering international deals, it's not as black/white as US deals. They should've invested more resources/efforts in international so that the department can truly flourish.
