Pros

Great titles Huge potential to become brilliant and lead the industry Some amazing, talented people Some titles are extremely popular with brands

Cons

The most political workplace I have ever worked in - and cliques forming across the office which was stifling Zero social element Terrible office (although moving soon) The rules of business change so regularly that people were confused as to what could and could not be done Terrible internal communication Lack of direction Lack of clearly defined roles caused conflict across the board and did not contribute to a team ethic

Pros

Cash rich, debt free, broadly diversified company that is willing to take chances on new brands and potential marketing opportunities. A positive work environment that encourages and fosters an atmosphere of respect, courtesy and team spirit. Open access to professional development tools and inspirational content. Friendly competition between brands in the building that drives innovation and work ethic. Upward mobility possible given a good-fit opportunity.

Cons

Lack of clear communication about the company's strategy for thriving in a very and increasingly disrupted marketplace, particularly the impact on individual roles and job security.

Pros

Good earning potential, pretty lax environment, as long as you produce you dont really get messed with.

Cons

Products are PURE GARBAGE. You spend a week, a month, a year cultivating relationships with clients and customers and within 3 months of "making the sale" you will be dodging their calls. The websites are third party, open-source trash, which isnt the worst part, they then actually out-source the development of the sites to third world countries to save on even that which then comes back to the US for proof check before going to the client. The DMS offered is hands-off, they wont proactively plan a marketing strategy, everything is reactive, basically if they dont hear from the client and the client pays the bill they wont do anything until there is a complaint or threat of cancellation.
