Pros

Best place I have ever worked! I work for Hearst Business Media (a division of Hearst) and the leadership from top Downs is exceptional. From the CEO to my direct manager the VP of Recruitment I have experienced loyalty in myself, trust in my work and an incredible work environment.

Cons

The con is the size of our organization, Hearst is huge. But they way we fix this problem is allowing individual business unites to focus on their mission statements with flexibility of and running like a smaller organization with backing of a very large organization.

Very large organization and can feel like management is out of touch with local market struggles.
