Pros

None, there weren’t any pros regarding my level of expertise/tenure in sales/marketing/digital. Outdated overpriced digital tactics and toxic management

Cons

Everything from low base salary, toxic culture/management/digital solutions/clients cancelling daily. Not an “open door environment”, and upper management isn’t going anywhere. I suggest a strong support system outside of work, or be prepared for therapy possibly medication to deal. Best wishes...waste of my talent

Pros

Culture free snacks, game room but barely got to use it, all good til they dropped people without notice

Cons

Grew too fast, let go of SO many good people, no warnings, swore up and down company was doing good and to keep working hard...then dropped people.
