Pros

The senior leadership are trying really hard to keep employees from leaving, that's to be applauded in the current climate. If you are good at what you do, then you'll go far.

Cons

Too many management fingers in too many pies. Whilst the right decisions do eventually get made, it takes a long long long time. The longest decision making process in any big Enterprise company I've ever worked at. In the meantime, you have to keep creating really smart solutions in order to keep the existing computer estate ticking over and as up to date as it can be. A fun challenge!
