Pros

- Strong and transparent leadership team. - Inclusive culture that feels very welcoming with smart people who are aligned around a common mission to support local journalism. - Hearst-wide events, networking opportunities, and ERGs that extend beyond Hearst Newspapers (e.g. HearstLab, Level Up Ventures, ERGs, etc)

Cons

Hearst still has room for improvement when it comes to diversity. I've actively seen changes in the right direction since joining though.
