Pros

A large and recognized company that people generally respected which made working with other networks a bit easier.

Cons

The work life balance at the time was not the best, a lack of transparency within the company, and there was often a lot of stress and anxiety within the team.

Pros

Bonuses Perks Co-workers Promote-From-Within Institutional Knowledge Long-term Commitment to Growth

Cons

The Hearst Food Chain is a well-oiled machine; nurturing talent from the inside. That does not necessarily mean they'll match the manager with the right work environment, and that can derail a workplace for years.
