Pros

Good training, good pay, alot of oppurtunies if you stick around long enough.

Cons

Everything is based on seniority and not performance. Will have to wait on people hired before you to advance before you are given oppurtunity. If some one is lazy and complacent where they are at, you will stall in your progression.

Pros

Great on the job training Competitive Salary for an Engineer (compared to other industries) Job Stability You get to wear fire retardant coveralls and a hard hat.

Cons

Work until you can not work anymore (14 hour days are normal) Pay is not competitive when compared to other operators and most service companies in the industry.
